These general conditions are subject to the provisions set forth in the General Contracting Conditions Act 7/1998 of 13 April, the General Consumer and User Protection Act 26/1984 of 19 July, the Retail Trade Regulation Act 7/1996, of 15 January, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of 17 December, which regulates telephonic or electronic contracting with general conditions, the General Data Protection Act of Parliament 15/1999, the Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June, which develops the aforementioned General Act of Parliament, and the E-commerce and Information Society Services Act 34/2002 of 11 July, and, in a subsidiary manner, the Spanish Civil Code and the Spanish Commercial Code.
DELIVERY:
Products will be delivered to the address stated to the purchaser on the order form. Exclusive Canovas will send you an e-mail to confirm the purchase. Items in stock will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. (24/72hs). Shoes that are not in stock and must be manufactured on request be delayed an average of 25-40 days, depending on model. In some other cases, the times are longer. Please consult us. Why take 25 to 40 days? Our shoes are handmade by our selected artisans under a meticulous process, ensuring the final quality of the shoe. Therefore, our shoes are made-to-order and specifically for you. This is a guarantee of quality of fresh materials, morbidity and real colours.

RETURNS:
They may change those products that have a manufacturing defect, because of transportation, or ultimately the product is defective at the time of reception. If the shoe size is not proper it may be exchanged for another of the correct size only for products in stock. This change to take place within 15 days of receipt at the destination of the product. In order to choose the exact size, select your size with the product and also send the measure of your foot in centimeters or inches as directed by our "Size Guide".
REFUNDS:
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract of purchase within 14 calendar days. To make a refund the customer must contact through mail ventas@exclusivecanovas.com and request the return of the product, sending the order number in question, its name and its data. The return may be exercised within 15 days from receipt of the product. No returns will be accepted if the product has signs of use or breakage, or shoes were non-stock made especially for the customer. They must be returned in their original packaging and all accompanying ACCESSORIES: Exclusive Box, Bag and shoehorn Original JC Jesus Canovas. Financial reimbursement customer will be 100%, and will be held within 15 days from receipt of the returned product at our office after checking the product. The product will be shipped postage paid by the customer to the address: Quality Shoes S.L., C/ Concepcion Arenal , No. 95, Zip Code 03201, City of Elche, Alicante Province, Country: Spain.
